Andrew Helton

Andrew Helton is writer, artist, and printmaker. His work explores interiority, the limits of the body, and analytic philosophy. Other areas of interest include, Southeast Asian Religions, epistemic justification, animal studies, and political theory. He holds a BA in English Literature and an MA in Writing and Book Publishing from Portland State University, as well as an MFA in Creative Writing and Poetics from the Jack Kerouac School at Naropa University. His writing and art have been featured in various print publications and galleries. When he isn’t in his studio, you can usually find him training for powerlifting competitions or on the beach with his wife and dogs near their home on the Washington coast.
