Stephanie Leite
Stephanie Leite is a PhD student at the Faculty of Education at McGill University and a parttime trainer for GCE’s Learning Lab. Her current research explores how schools can take a transformative approach to climate change education and prepare students to confront. complex socio-ecological issues. Before starting her doctoral studies, she served as a teacher, trainer, and curriculum director at GCE Lab School in Chicago. At GCE, she worked to align the school’s thematic, integrated curriculum with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and trained teachers in GCE’s project-based model for learning.
